A Journey to Weight Loss

I’ve recently joined a couple of friends in the walk for finding a cure for Breast Cancer. We will be walking in October and I’m so excited to be a part of such a great cause.

I’ve decided to start attending my Weight Watchers meetings rather than just doing it online. I’m tired of trying to do all on my own. I know now that I need them to help me move forward in this journey.

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve updated this blog. I can’t believe how long it has been but I will not be MIA any longer. Don’t you love how life just gets in the way of your goals? It has been such a struggle for me as of late to keep up-to-date with everything in my life. I’m hoping that I will do better in the upcoming days.

Hopefully, I’m having real people reading this because lately I’ve been getting A LOT of spam emails.

I’ve been pretty busy lately so I promise I will get in a new video update by end of the week.

Today was mostly spent working in the office so tomorrow I will make more of an effort to take more steps.

Miles: 1.00

Total: 5.5 miles

Tomorrow will be the first day of my month long challenge of no T.V. I’m not going to just drop myself out the face of the earth I’ll keep up on the daily news via online newspaper sources.

What do I expect to get out of this? More activity and a new view on what is going on out on the town. I will be getting out there trying new things getting on the bike and walking the trails of local parks. I’m looking forward to this challenge and can’t wait to see how I do!
